Our agency opened in 2020 and is a close-knit team of four focused on consistency, service, and growth. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I held a leadership role within State Farm, bringing strong experience and structure into how we run the office.
Outside of work, I’m a big Saints and LSU football fan and enjoy staying connected to the local community. We stay involved through organizations like Habitat for Humanity and events such as the NOLA Exotica Fest.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ramona Deculus - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
