ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2020 and is a close-knit team of four focused on consistency, service, and growth. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I held a leadership role within State Farm, bringing strong experience and structure into how we run the office.

Outside of work, I’m a big Saints and LSU football fan and enjoy staying connected to the local community. We stay involved through organizations like Habitat for Humanity and events such as the NOLA Exotica Fest.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Ramona Deculus - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
